My name is Sadullah Saltalı. I am an experienced real estate professional with approximately 32 years of expertise in the property market of Alanya, Antalya, Turkey, particularly in the Mahmutlar region.

Throughout my career, I have combined extensive practical experience with academic education, developing a deep understanding of the local real estate market, international property investment and customer relations.

I am one of the long-established real estate professionals in Mahmutlar, having worked in the region since the early stages of its property market development.

Over the years, I have personally witnessed the remarkable transformation of Alanya and Mahmutlar from a small Mediterranean coastal community into an internationally recognised destination for tourism, residential living and real estate investment.

During my professional career, I have helped thousands of individuals and families from Turkey and many other countries become property owners in Alanya and its surrounding areas.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

To complement my extensive professional experience with academic knowledge, I pursued higher education at Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University.

In 2024, I graduated from Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University with an Associate Degree in Real Estate and Property Management.

I also hold professional training certificates in real estate consultancy and residential building and complex management.

My professional philosophy goes beyond simply selling properties. I believe that successful real estate consultancy requires a comprehensive understanding of legal procedures, property values, investment potential, regional development and the long-term expectations of each client.

INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE

Throughout my career, I have worked with international property buyers and investors from numerous countries, particularly Germany, Russia, Poland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo and other European countries.

I speak Turkish, English and German, and I also have some knowledge of Russian.

Together with my multilingual team, we provide professional assistance in Russian, Polish, Bosnian, Czech, Serbian, Croatian and several other European languages.

We support international clients throughout the entire property purchasing process in Turkey, including property selection, legal documentation, title deed procedures, investment evaluation and after-sales services.

Our objective is to make purchasing property in Turkey a transparent, secure and professionally managed experience.
